A groom usually starts with a bath and shampoo, then clipping or hand-stripping, then a blow-dry and finish. Nail and paw care can go in as well, just ask when you book.
We are used to nervous dogs and we take them slowly. One owner told us her very nervous little dog comes out very happy and smells divine.
